Here is how a case is actually handled.
The short version: your images are read by radiologists. We use AI to help structure the wording of a report after the physicians have finished their assessment — never to interpret your study or to decide what it means.
How a case is reviewed
A lead radiologist looks at it first. Every imaging case that comes to us is first reviewed by one of our three lead radiologists.
That radiologist decides who else should see it. Based on what the study shows and what you have asked, he or she determines how the case should be distributed for further review and consultation. Depending on the case, that can mean opinions from the other two lead radiologists, from another physician, or from a specialist with relevant experience in the area the case involves.
Then the report is prepared. The point of this process is simply to get the right professional input before the final report is written.
This is our routine reporting workflow. If a case is handled differently for any reason, we tell you that the review was performed differently.
What the AI does — and what it does not
AI does not read your images. It does not look at your scan, it does not find anything, and it does not decide what anything means. No part of the interpretation comes from software.
AI is a supporting tool. We use it to help structure and phrase the report text once the physicians have reached their conclusions, so the wording stays clear and consistent.
The medical assessment is human. It is produced by physicians reviewing the images and consulting each other — not generated by a system.

How we choose who reviews your study
We match a case to experience rather than to a title. Fellowship structures are not comparable across countries — some fields have no dedicated fellowship at all, and in some areas a radiologist with years of hands-on reporting in that modality and region is the more useful reviewer. So the lead radiologist assigns each case on relevant experience with that modality, that anatomical region, and that kind of question.
In practice that means an MRI study and a CT study can go to different reviewers, even when the clinical question sounds similar.

Our team page shows the people behind the service — physicians, along with administrative, secretarial, financial and other operational staff. Not everyone listed there takes part in interpreting imaging studies; the medical review is done by the physicians.

You can ask questions afterwards
Once your report is ready, you can ask us about it. If something in the findings or in the wording is unclear, send the question — it goes to the medical team, not to a chatbot.

- No time restriction. There is no window that closes once your report has been delivered.
- No additional charge. Follow-up questions about your report are included.
